TIME AND STRESS MANAGEMENT FOR BANKERS” Training held

IBCF Research & Training Academy arranged a daylong training program on “Time and Stress Management for Bankers” held on 25 January, 2020 (Saturday) at Bangladesh Association of Banks, Gulshan-1, Dhaka. A K M Nurul Fazal Bulbul, vice chairman, IBCF and CDBL presided over the certificate awarding ceremony.
 
Hon´ble Chairman, Al-Arafah Islami Bank Ltd. & Vice Chairman, IBCF and BAB Abdus Samad Labu distributed certificates among the participants as chief guest while Md. Sayedur Rahman, vice chairman, Social Islami Bank Ltd. was present as special guest.

The chief guest underscored the need of time and stress management for the bankers for attaining professional excellence. He also expressed that managing stress and maximum utilization of the time bankers can achieve organizational goal and also can fulfill personal expectancy.

The key resource persons of the training program were Abdul Jalil Choudhury, former director & professor, Bangladesh Institute of Bank Management (BIBM), Dr. Mohammad Tazul Islam, associate professor, BIBM, Md. Habibur Rahman, senior vice president and head, Internal Control & Compliance Wing, Islami Bank Bangladesh Ltd.

21 (twenty one) mid level executives of 10(ten) different banks took part in the training program.
