IBCF Research & Training Academy arranged a daylong Training Program on “Leadership Development in Islamic Banking” held on (Saturday) the 18 March, 2017 at BAB’s office, Gulshan, Dhaka. 23 Mid Level Executives of 10 Islamic Banks and having Islamic Banking Branches & windows took part in the Training Program.
The Key resource persons of the training program was Mr. Md. Abdul Hamid Miah, Managing Director & CEO of Islami Bank Bangladesh Ltd, Dr. Mohammad Haider Ali Miah, Managing Director & CEO EXIM Bank Ltd, Mr. Syed Waseque Md. Ali, Managing Director & CEO First Security Islami Bank Ltd, Mr. Md. Abdur Rahman Sarker, Former Managing Director National Banl Ltd., & Shahjalal Islami Bank Ltd.
Mr. Arastoo Khan, Chairman of IBCF & IBBL distributed certificates among the participants as Chief Guest. The Chief Guest Mr. Arastoo Khan expressed that the leadership is the action of leading people. Now~a~days there is no alternative of leadership qualities & extremely essential for managing the modern banking industry efficiently.
